We strictly follow the internationally recognized AQL sampling standard (ISO 2859-1 / GB/T 2828.1). The sampling process is as follows:
① Based on the total order quantity, determine the sample size according to the sampling standard table;
② Randomly sample from different locations and different cartons in the warehouse — no surface-only sampling;
③ Strictly classify by defect severity: critical defects, major defects, minor defects;
④ Compare against AQL acceptance limits to determine overall batch conformance or non-conformance.

3、AQL Standards
Critical Defects (Safety Issues): AQL = 0, Not allowed.
Major Defects (Affecting Saleability): AQL = 2.5.
Minor Defects (Slight Blemishes): AQL = 4.0.
